We worked with Jeremy and Jen to design our new home in Durham.  They are an amazing team to work with.  They are super responsive.  They put up with me changing my mind 1,000 times throughout the design process.  I love Jen's creativity and really appreciated her helping us visualize the project in the design phase through 3D modeling.  Jeremy always has cost efficiency in his mind during the design phase and worked closely with the construction team to create a cost-effective design without compromising the utmost quality.  When we ran into issues during construction, Jeremy was always available to help answer questions or come up with creative solutions to keep us moving forward.

Our foundation sub commented on the efficiencies in our slab, and our framer stated that the house was engineered very well, which simplified the build.
